· Business Improvement Discussion - Business Improvement Discussion (BID) is an assessment tool used to identify areas of training that would create the most dramatic impact on your company's performance. This discussion is conducted in a 90-minute format facilitated by an experienced trainer. The information collected is useful in uncovering hidden needs of employees and identifying skill sets that need to be developed. This assessment survey pinpoints areas where improvements will have the most dramatic impact for a department, team of managers or your entire company.
· Organization Improvement Discussion - Building on the BID, an Organizational Improvement Discussion focuses on the overall organizational climate. The Seven Business Health Indicator Tool will assess the current "as-is" state of your organization and compare it to the key areas of a "healthy" business.
